sometimes we need more support and one on one work is necessary. in this program, i am here for you. we build an individualized program that suits your one-of-a-kind needs.

  • This is a 6-week, high-touch coaching experience designed to help you reconnect with your body and rebalance your hormones naturally.
    Each week, we’ll focus on:

    • Nourishing whole foods that support your cycle and metabolism

    • Simple lifestyle shifts that reduce stress and improve energy

    • Natural remedies for better sleep, digestion, skin, and more

    • Mindset coaching to build self-trust and body confidence

    What’s included:

    • 6 weekly 1:1 Zoom calls (30 minutes)

    • Personalized food & lifestyle plan

    • text check-ins between sessions

    • Custom PDF guides, meal ideas, and natural remedy support

  • Once you apply, I’ll personally review your form and get back to you within 24–48 hours to book a free 15-minute clarity call.

    • Week 1: Deep-dive assessment & personalized plan

    • Weeks 2–5: Weekly coaching sessions + real-time support

    • Week 6: Final session to review progress, plan your next steps & long-term routine

    This program is for women who are ready to ditch burnout, reconnect with their bodies, and feel grounded and vibrant again.

  • $600 for the full 6-week program

    This includes all coaching calls, support materials, and between-session access to me for questions, tweaks, and encouragement.
    Payments are made securely through PayPal, Venmo or Zelle once you're accepted into the program.
